I bakgrunden syns maskinistbostaden och till v\u00e4nster i bild en skyddskur fr\u00e5n beredskapstiden.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Utbyggnaden av Hulta inleddes 1916 vilket var tidigare \u00e4n planerat. Fr\u00e5n v\u00e4nster i bild syns st\u00e4llverkstornet, maskinsalen och turbinsump med intagsluckor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I Hulta var det \u00e5terigen VBB som stod f\u00f6r konstruktionsarbetet och Herman G\u00f6ranson som ritade maskinstationen. Stationen byggdes som en del av den 80 meter breda dammen. Kraftmaskineriet bestod av en ensam Francisturbin (levererad av KMW i Kristinehamn) som placerades i \u00f6ppen sump.
